I know this is the cause of leakage and headaches for others… but neither of mine have leaked at all for 3 months of everyday use (knock-on-wood). The stainless steel body is well made and looks sharp. The rubber bases are also well sealed in place… unlike the cheap giveaway mugs, where the glue melts off after the 3-4 run in the dishwasher. Maybe I’m one of the lucky ones (based on other reviews), but these continue to be my favorite mugs in in the cupboard. 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. When I first bought the mug, I had issues like others with leaking. I tried screwing the three pieces together tighter and the leaking stopped, but then I couldn’t unscrew them. The trick is to screw them all tight and then place the top in the freezer for 30 sec when you want to unscrew them. It will come apart with ease. |
